Rochester, New York - Intercon Associates Inc. announced today that they have formed a
strategic partnership with the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired
(ABVI)-Goodwill. The agreement will allow ABVI to provide Intercon’s
customers with unique and valuable services.

ABVI will be providing Intercon’s customers with a service to validate the
accessibility and usability of electronic forms, two important areas that continue to be
a challenge for the blind and visually impaired portion of our population.

ABVI will certify that a government agency or company’s electronic forms are
accessible and more importantly usable by the blind or visually impaired employees or
citizens who need to complete a form for information or services.

This certification is the first of its kind in the industry and is being very well received
by Intercon’s customers. Future plans for the partnership include ABVI offering other
valuable services such as field mapping and scripting for 508 accessibility.

Both Intercon and ABVI service a significant portion of Federal and state government.

“The truly exciting aspect of this partnership is the realization of our goal that one day
our product, Accessible FormNet would be directly responsible for creating work hours and
information technology related jobs for the blind and visually impaired.” John Paroda,
President, Intercon Associates, Inc.

If you would like to learn more about Accessible FormNet and how Intercon Associates Inc. is
